All Spirit Hoops are hand-made in Bethlehem, PA, USA, thoroughly inspected and rigorously tested before leaving the workshop. Every time!

All SPIRIT HOOPS come with a 1 year limited guarantee that allows our customers to send malfunctioning hoops back for complete repair or replacement.

Should your standard (non-collapsible) SPIRIT HOOP come apart at the connection point, we will repair and return it to you at no charge. Wear and tear on tape not covered. Kinks (which can only result from excessive force or accidental misuse, like driving over it) can be reapired for a minimal charge, but are not covered by this guarantee.

Should your collapsible SPIRIT HOOP come apart due to low-quality craftsmanship, construction, or materials within the said term of 1 year, we will completely reair/replace the hoop. Wear and tear on tape not covered. Kinks (which can only result from excessive force or accidental misuse, like driving over it) can be reapired for a minimal charge, but are not covered by this guarantee.

If you are completely dissatisfied with your hoop, you can return it, in its original condition, for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Please contact us before returning any hoops to double check that your hoop is eligible for free repair/replacement or full refund.
